I have been very pleased with the picture quality of this TV. It's easy to operate and the perfect size for a living room. When I was told by an Amazon sales rep that the product qualified for setup with delivery, but it turned out it didn't because it was on sale (great price!), an Amazon rep offered me a refund in the amount I paid Geek Squad to set it up. So a great customer service experience and a good deal. I've read some complaints about the sound on this set but I think the quality will suit the average viewer. Get more detail about Samsung LN37A550 37-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV.
