I ordered this unit on a Sunday. It arrived on Tuesday. Regular UPS shipping. That in itself was amazing. After installing it, which was easy, I was having trouble getting my channels to be recognized. I called technical support. I spoke with someone I could understand and he walked me through the steps to get it set up properly. In less than 10 minutes everything was working properly. The unit is exactly as advertised.
