All went vary smooth, had no problems with delivery, or the seller. The price was great and the Sony TV is the best, easy menus and great color and picture. The speakers are not that good, knew that from previous reviews, but plan on getting home theater sound system soon. Get more detail about Sony Bravia W-Series KDL-40W3000 40-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV.
